105 90's Denim Used
Cut from 13 oz premium Japanese denim the Orslow 105 90's Denim Used Wash takes inspiration from vintage the American made jeans from the late 1980s through to the 1990s. Ichiro Nakutsa authentically reproduces the aesthetic of the era, when denim manufacturing embraced modern technologies, creating new durable, yet flatter smooth faced denims. These newer non selvedge denims became favourites for their soft hand feel and even fading, in contrast to those created using older shuttle machinery.

Vintage denim enthusiast and collector Ichiro Nakutsa has built his denim and workwear influenced label using his vast personal archive of authentic denim and workwear pieces to inspire each of his collections. In a short space of time Ichiro has been humbled to see his own early denim and fatigue styles, many of which have remained in Orslow's seasonal collections, become highly sought after vintage pieces. Remaining steadfastly committed to Japanese fabrications and production, Ichiro gives reason that 'the true measure of a garment is not only quality of make, but its durability and improvement with the natural patina of wear.'
